WALK IS SEEKING APPLICATIONS FOR THE ROLE OF A JOB COACH TO JOIN OUR
CAREERS & EMPLOYMENT TEAM.
The Job Coach will play a pivotal role in the delivery of
person-centred careers and employment practices within WALK and be
responsible for the day-to-day operations of some key deliverables. A
detailed role description is attached. Job Coaches are key drivers and
champions in the organisation's efforts to ensure people are supported
to have the best possible life.
WALK Careers & Employment supports are delivered across several
geographical locations in Dublin. The Job Coach is responsible for
guiding and supporting local teams to help service uses to realise
their employment ambitions in life. It is a key role within the
service offerings of the organisation and in ensuring supported
employment approaches are inherent in the thinking and practice of
staff and in the provision of our models of support. The person will
work collaboratively with the Local Team Leaders, Employment Champions
and Social Care staff in the development of careers & employment
services.
